Booking Policy
Payment & Reservations
Payment is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received, the selected date and time will not be reserved.
Drop-Off Instructions
All car seats and stroller attachments must be dropped off for service. The drop-off location will be provided once payment has been received and the booking is confirmed. We are flexible with drop-off times as long as items are dropped off after 8:00 AM and before 7:00 PM on the scheduled service date.
Failure to drop off the car seat or stroller seat within the accepted drop-off window may result in a 50% forfeiture of the service payment.
Cancellation Policy
If a service is canceled, 50% of the payment will be refunded regardless of how much time has passed since the booking was made. Refunds are not issued automatically and must be requested by the customer.
Item Pickup Policy
We are not a storage company. Customers must pick up their car seat or stroller seat within 48 hours of service completion. Any items left beyond this time frame may be donated at our discretion.
Family-Owned Business
We are a small family-operated business, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support.
Car Seat & Stroller Cleaning Service Agreement & Disclaimer
Our services involve cleaning removable fabrics and accessible areas only.
We do not:
- perform structural disassembly
- repair broken components
- certify seat safety
- reinstall car seats into vehicles
Customers are responsible for proper installation according to manufacturer instructions.
By scheduling or receiving services from Sinairelis, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Scope of Service
Sinairelis provides professional cleaning and detailing services for baby car seats and strollers. All services are cosmetic cleaning only and do not include safety certification, structural inspection, or mechanical repairs.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Removing all personal belongings prior to service
- Ensuring the item is not subject to a manufacturer recall
- Proper installation of the car seat after the service has been completed
Pre-Existing Damage
Customers acknowledge that fabrics, straps, and other components may have hidden wear, weakness, or damage that may become visible during the cleaning process.
Sinairelis is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during or after the service.
Cleaning Limitations
While we use professional cleaning techniques and products, complete removal of stains, discoloration, or odors cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
The total liability of Sinairelis for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the cleaning service.
Agreement Acceptance
By booking or receiving services from Sinairelis, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
